We study well-being through the lens of cutting-edge developmental methods
Well-being is a multiplex phenomenon. Our lab strives to understand how individuals’ sense of well-being unfolds moment-to-moment in everyday life across different developmental stages. To this end, we bring together a suite of measurement tools such as various experience sampling methods (e.g., Ecological Momentary Assessment, Day Reconstruction Method, Daily Diaries) to study indicators of well-being from a dynamical systems perspective.
